Service Details: Structure elucidation of a pure natural product compound or major component from a semi-purified (or significantly enriched) fraction. Structure elucidation will include a final HPLC separation step followed by analyses using Bruker Esquire Ion Trap MS/MS, Bruker Q-TOF high-resolution MS/MS and various NMR methodologies (1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D-COSY, 1D-ROESY, etc.), as appropriate, using a Bruker 500 MHz instrument. If additional fractionation steps are required to generate samples of sufficient purity for structure elucidation then these will be undertaken after agreement with the customer. Pure compounds and other materials isolated during the course of the structure elucidation work will be provided to the customer upon request.

Deliverable: Written report containing raw and processed data, plus literature search results.
