Service Details: Natural product extracts are fractionated using a preparative HPLC system with UV and/or ELSD detectors to monitor separation. Fractions are dried and can be shipped to the customer or used for further characterisation at MerLion. Usually fractionation of up 500 mg of material is undertaken initially. Fractionation of larger amounts can be undertaken, subject to individual quotation, using a variety of separation technologies, including multiple runs on an automated preparative HPLC system, Centrifugal Partition Chromatography (CPC) and alternative solid phase chromatographic methodologies.
Deliverable: Written report and provision of fractionated material (if required).
